Bocconcino of pure pork, the bocconcino salami is one of the classic Piedmontese salami, a soft sausage flavored with salt, pepper and other spices, made with Italian pork. The grind is medium-grained and is stuffed into a natural casing. With a weight of about 40gr. it goes through a few days of aging. (Size: 100 gr. - rows of 9 pieces).
