Stretched curd cheese. Produced all year round from the milk of cows raised mainly on pasture. Whole milk, processed manually.

External appearance: Pear shape with a small head; diameter approx.10 cm, length approx.12 cm, weight kg. About 0.750 (even larger pieces are produced), smooth thin rind, yellow in color (more or less intense).

Use: Mainly for the table, for breakfast, in the kitchen, with satisfying gastronomic and culinary interpretations.
