Each form of Taleggio weighs from 1.7 to 2.2 kg. according to the technical
conditions of production. The shapes are quadrangular parallelepiped, with
sides of 18-20 cm and 4-7 cm high straight side. 
The rind is thin, with a soft consistency and a natural pink color, with the
presence of characteristic gray and green - light sage molds.

The list price refers to 1 Kg. The minimum quantity of product that can be
ordered is 4 ounces (400 grams) and is vacuum packed. For whole wheels
