Goat's Caciotta

The Caciotta di Capra is a semi-cooked goat's milk cheese with a delicate flavor and a particular creamy consistency. Matured in the historic Botalla cellars, it contains all the natural goodness of goat milk, naturally rich in a high nutritional level. decidedly delicate on the palate, it is slightly savory with a low cholestorol content.

The price refers to a piece in a vacuum pack weighing about 280/300 gr.
