Guanciale Sardo is a cured meat that is obtained from the cheek and throat of the pig. It is triangular in shape and its irregular slices feature streaks of fat and lean.

Ideal to be enjoyed alone, it is widely used in the kitchen for the preparation of sauces.

Ingredients; Pork, salt, flavorings, sugars, dextrose, spices. It does not contain lactose.
