Su Caggiu is a genuine food, processed according to strictly artisanal rules.
The product, obtained from goat milk only, contains a soft and spreadable heart (similar to a cream cheese) with a spicy taste.
It is excellent enjoyed with Carasau bread, accompanied with a good glass of red wine, or as a tantalizing ingredient in canapés or fresh vegetables.
