Mixed cow's milk sheep's milk cheese for table and grating with hard paste.
Dark brown and striped rind, white-straw color, clear and slightly spicy taste.
Seasoned for 6-12 months.
Ingredients: whole cow and sheep milk, rennet, natural lactic ferments, salt.
Sizes: vacuum packed, portioned or in a whole shape of 3/4 kg.
