Salami with garlic Veneto type

Salami with garlic Venetian type, a typical salami of the Venetian culinary tradition, obtained from the processing of pork belly, shoulder and leg; all ground to medium grain, mixed with salt, pepper and various aromas. The mixture is stuffed into a natural casing, tied and left to mature in rooms with controlled humidity and temperature. The salami is typically covered with a white / greenish mold and has the particularity of having the flavor of garlic.
